הוכן בתהליך מוקפד ומוגן, החל מבציר ידני והובלה בקירור ליקב, ועד לתסיסה בחביות עץ אלון הונגריות חדשות בנפח 225 ליטר.

בתום תהליך התסיסה המשיך היין להתיישן בחביות למשך 12 חודשים נוספים.
