Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes come from a 35 years old vineyard in Plateau Dalton in the Upper Galilee.

The wine was fermented in two different temperatures to achieve complexity and different layers of fruitiness.

For this vineyard, we use an innovative covering method; we use special nets to reach optimal ripeness in a warm climate.
