Meticulously planning and executing yielded an unexpectedly surprising result. The produce was irresistibly unique.

The wine is made of five different varieties from five different vineyards, each with its own story, its own climate, soil and optimal growing conditions.

Each variety was held peacefully in its own barrel for 36 months, then mixed with the other varieties for another 5 years of bottle aging to mature into a fascinating wine full of character.
